ok so last pet scan in Jan showed NED,and I was so greatful .and the little tingling in my upper chest just below my clavicle had not tingled in like 2 months...

Well this weekend it has started to tingled again and I am soo scared its growing again. I recently had carpal tunnel surgery in both hands 2 weeks apart , and wonder if that had anything to do with it!!!

has anyone else felt their cancer growing ?

I felt pain where my tumor was during chemo and it was shrinking. I do think there are other reasons why you are experiencing tingling other than cancer growing-nerve endings regenerating and such. I am sure you are not the ony one:) and of course everything makes us worry! Seems like your surgery could cause this. Congrats on being NED!

I had a needle biopsy in June, mast in July, from biopsy to surgery I did feel my tumour grow.  Because of my family history I knew it was cancer before they told me.  Go back to your Dr and get reassured  that it isn't growing :)

I did. I was told all along I had fibroid adenomas until it was hard as a rock. By the time they got the diagnosis right it was 12.5cm. I felt it growing for 2 years. I was told it was nothing to worry about.

I never felt tingling. Just really solid mass getting bigger and harder.

     Prayers for you.

With the benefit of hindsight I can recall for maybe 2 years before dx feeling a deep tingly itchy feeling on occaison in my right breast that later revealed a 8.9 cm tumor. Never had that symptom in the other breast but noticed the feeling and just wrote it off as my quirky itchy tit! Never saw that sign mentioned anywhere before as a potential sign of BC.

The doctor and nurse thought I was CRAZY when I told them I could feel it growing. I had BX which confirmed ILC and had to wait 2 weeks for PS to return from Bahamas. Then the surgeon was very SURPRISED to see that it had grown and spread to 6 lymph nodes of 13 removed. I could feel a sensation like ants crawling in the left breast region. Listen to your body ladies, not the dr. They think I am a hypochondriac.

I am so glad to see these posts - I sometimes have localized tingling in both my breasts and am curious about it. I was just dx 2 wks ago with ILC in right breast and had noticed the tingling in that area long before core biopsy. MRI found that tumor, nothing in left breast, and I'm curious whether anything will show up in left side when my bilat mx is done in Dec.
