    Mamalu - I have been taking it for years for mild depression. I tried prescription antidepressants, but always came back to SJW due to side effects from presc. I don't know if I take enough to make a difference, but I think I do, so I guess that is what matters! :)  It takes about three weeks to kick in. It is definitely cheaper than prescriptions. My family dr said SJW would be the first line of defense for mild depression in europe. I also use exercise to chase away "the bad stuff" in my brain!
