CIGNA says Nordstrom is the only place I can buy forms/bras

Ok folks, I need some input here.  I just talked to my insurer CIGNA cause it's been two years since I bought any forms.  They tell me the only in-network provider they have is Nordstroms.  I checked Nordstrom's prosthesis web site and it looks like the only forms they have are the attachable Amoena.  Totally NOT for me.

Has anyone worked with Nordstroms before on this and do they actually have a range of breast forms for sale?  They have a 800 number which no one answers, I left a message for help.

Anyone else have this kind of problem?  I feel like CIGNA is a huge insurer and they must have more resources for us than Nordstroms.  Please help!

    Check with your local hospital. Almost every city has a Breast Cancer Center you can go to that will know where they sell what your looking for. Good luck.

    I would call your local Nordstroms and ask to speak with the Intimates Manager. While it is odd that they are the only in network provider, they are usually very good with customer service and hopefully be able to give you better information.

    I have CIGNA too, one of the PPOs, and I was told either Nordstroms or something called Hangar were in-network.  I don't know where you live, so you may not have a Nordstroms in your area.  I visited Nordstroms and was shown 3 different types of Amoena forms.  I think they only have Amoena.  I called Hangar, but their locations were further away from me, so I'll be using Nordstroms.  I don't think there was an online option for Hangar.  If you want the info on how to contact Hangar, just let me know.  Perhaps they'd be in-network for you too, but perhaps only for this certain PPO product.  And yes, at Nordstrom, you do call in advance and make an appointment with the fitter.
