I really need some advise.

Im due for mamogram, have been having some heaviness and a little pain in chest kinda behind the breast I had lumpectomy on. I have a home daycare and the kids have all been sick. One had bronchitis last week and I think I might have a touch of that. I also have had ongoing headaches, dr perscribed propranolol but I can only take 1/2 dose or I cant sleep at night. Im concerned that the cancer might be coming back, but also feel I am over reacting. anyone had anything similar happen or any advise for me? I could really use it!! Thanks Jamie

Jamie, my onc always tells me if any pain or weird feeling lasts longer than 2 weeks to come in and get checked. It's at least worth a call to your primary care dr. especially if your around sick kids!!

Jamie---kids are walking disease.....one gets sick and everyone around them gets sick...please call your Dr...any Dr.will advise you...Good luck K

I'm the same stage and grade as you.

On the few occasions when I go to see the onc with symptoms, she rolls her eyes and asks what my (usually) orthopedist, endocrinologist, or GP says.

Grade 1 usually takes several years to recur, if it's going to, which it rarely does. This is the hardest thing for me to wrap my head around - but, the first comment I go from MO was "You are going to die of something else." I am now coming to believe it

I really need some advise.
