Hear! Hear!
Binney -
Gosh, Binney, that's the problem- we didn't hear, hear!
Suzybelle, how ya doin'?
Leah

We all miss you Suzybelle. You have the knack of making people smile at a crappy situation.
-
Yes, Suzybelle, I miss you too. You have such a wicked sense of humor that is SO refreshing! Becky
-
Sharon, you said it--Suzy can make me smile while dealing with the most painful stuff, and I read her posts with wonder at her amazing spirit and sense of humor.
She's laugh out loud funny and so honest.
Miss you.
Kira
-
I agree with all of the above! Missing you and your wit Suzy!
-
Hopefully you are simply taking a break from the boards Suzybelle.
I think it's an idea for gals who visit similar threads to exchange email addresses with at least one other person. Just in case one of us goes AWOL someone is able to get in touch. I often wonder about so many who used to come to the LE threads. Kane for one springs to mind.
-
Oh, you guys are the sweetest! Thanks for the kind words!
I haven't purposefully been taking a break from you wonderful ladies, but I have just been really focused on different stuff. First, it was candy making during the holidays. Now, it is dieting, exercise, etc.And work, of course. You go from eating cookies and swilling punch, yukking it up with coworkers, to threatening to kill everyone once the holidays are over and you're back in the grind.
I promise to do a better job of staying in touch!!!!
-
Oh so happy to have you back!
-
Hurray!
-
Ditto what Becky and Nordy said.
-
You guys are awfully sweet. I promise I will try to do better.
I start yoga again today...wish me luck. I always seem to flare because I HATE not doing what everyone else does. But I think this time I will be a little more gentle with myself.
-
Hey, Suzy! Glad to hear all's well and you were busy in a good way. Go easy on yourself with the yoga!
-
I did go easy, and it went really well. There are several postures that I had to modify using a chair - I just can't put my weight on that arm. I guess that's normal??? Anyhoo, it worked well and I felt so good afterwards! I'm going to be doing it every week.
Namaste, y'all.
-
That's great to hear, Suzy!
Dawn
-
That's terrific, Suzy!
-
Suzy, I met this woman who does her yoga at the senior center, where she's a young senior, and they only do standing poses and use chairs. No mats. There is a 91 year old show off who uses a mat.
Sign me up.
-
Snort - that reminds me of the Seinfeld episode with the Tennenbaums - all the old men that were trying to pick up tvs and benchpress weights.
I'm actually kind of jazzed about the class - I think it will help me - I just have to avoid plank and down dog and all those moves that put a lot of weight on the arm. No biggy.
