how do i deal with the arm swelling and hand swell? i have so much pain in that arm. I do have a sleeve but it only does so much

    lilredpony, have you checked the Lymphedema Forum?  (Click on Forum Index above and scroll down to it.  Maybe repost your question there, as well.)  I'm not sure if IBC complicates what you're experiencing, but since you haven't had any response to your question, I thought I'd stop and suggest this, which will bump your thread at the same time.

    Have you seen a lymphadema therapist recently?  Do you do manual massage at all?  I don't find the sleeve very useful and the swelling can make you feel pretty depressed at times.  I do know of a therapy site  that shows a short video of how to do manual massage.  I have seen the therapist and she is very good.  If you need the site I can send it to you but I'm just unable to paste it at the moment.  Sorry to hear you have one more thing to fight.  Good luck
