I exercise because it keeps me sane & have been since I was a teenager. I struggle with the concept that it can prevent a reoccurence since it didn't prevent the original cancer. At least there aren't any "studies" saying exerise causes cancer. I do think it helps me with treatment SEs & with the frustration I have with being a cancer patient.
