Hi Lisa, after my child was born in 1993, it seemed like my milk never dried up in the right breast. Eventually, in 2007 it turned greenish and I went for help and was rudely and mistakenly dismissed  by a breast surgeon. Fast forward to late summer 2010, the discharge turned bloody. Late October 2010, I found the lump that turned out to be DCIS.

After my vaccumed assisted core biopsy, I had a bloody discharge.

I would call whoever is handling your case right now, perhaps your surgeon ? Let them know. It could be something, or maybe it is something minor.

Lisa - I had discharge for about six months, then I had a ductal excision, apparently missing the offending duct because the discharge continued for two more years before another ductal excision. This time they put a wire in the duct pre-op so they could be sure to get the correct duct. I don't know if this applies in your case, but it sure worked for me!
