Coverage for Revision for symmetry?

Options

I know this has probably been covered here before.  I just had my exchange surgery and things look pretty good, but I am definitely too lopsided.  I had been lopsided the other way with the TEs and the PS overcompensated--including putting in a smaller implant on the now smaller side.  I think she did the best she could, but I want her to even me out.  She is more than willing if I am still unhappy after everything settles down.  I want to know about coverage.  Does the insurance cover a revision for this issue?  It seems small, but after going through everything, it would be nice to look better.  Thanks!

I wonder if this varies by insurance plans. If you're concerned, maybe you can ask your PS to request a preapproval and then you'll know (the PS wants to get paid, so they will know how to write it up to ensure you get covered). FWIW, my BS made it sound like the state of CA has good laws requiring insurance companies to cover all BC related surgeries (in my case, I was a little worried about getting a lumpectomy and later deciding I should have had a MX. She said that, by law, the insurance company would have to cover it in the future for any reason or no reason at all. I never verified her info but FYI)
