Tea Talk...

Options

I constantly run across different kinds of tea's. All of which seem to be great for fighting cancer and beneficial ant-inflamation properties.

I try to drink 6 cups a day of each tea: Roobios, Green and Papaya. Surprised

I just ran across this one and wondered if anyone has tried this .

I haven't tried that, but have used Brassica Tea for ages. It's super-concentrated cruciferous/broccoli stuff, but does NOT taste like that. Very strong anti-inflammatory properties. I think the folks at Johns Hopkins developed it.

AnneW I just looked up the tea you mentioned. You are right it was developed by John Hopkins. Do you order it on line or can I get it at my health food store. I plan to add it to my diet. I drink lots of green tea, but never heard of this one till you mentioned it. By the way thanks for mentioning it.

White tea is even better than green.  Much smoother too.  I also use matcha green tea as well.
