erratic heartbeat

hi there, I'm Brianna...I've posted somewhere else about myself; my stepmother just recently has been diagnosed an it's been really hard. she started. chemo last Monday and we're going wig shopping tomorrow. it's been hard. I actually had a question about her and so I thought I'd come here. since she just started chemo, we figured thered be complications, but she's really nervous because she's been having random episodes of a racin heart and sometimes she gets dizzy when she stands up. they both happen at odd times and it's kind of had everyone on edge...one minute she is super funny and crazy like herself and the next she's nervous and tired and sluggish and in pain...is this normal? any tips? any comments are welcome and Appreciated.

    Brianna- Sorry to hear she is having difficulties. It could be the chemo, Side effects can be really hard on people, it was for me. She also could have some kind of alergic reaction to the chemo. Do you know what chemo regimine she is on? However, i would have her call her onco first thing in the morning and let them know, it may be nothing but you dont want to take a chance.

    Also the decradon, a steroid will make you have different moods.
