IDC with neuroendocrine differentiation

Has anyone had that or do you know what it means?

    I was dx with large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the breast. Originally I was told it was IDC with neuroendocrine differentiation, angiovascular invasion, and a variety of other nasty features. I will be 5 hrs firm dx in less than 2 months.
