Another LE booklet

We hear from women and men, literally all over the world, who are trying to manage their LE. We recently heard from a woman in a very remote location who has taught herself how to manage her LE.

I've been trying to find her resources on the internet for bandaging, and came across this pdf, I like the exercises.

No handout is perfect, but they're' all resources.
