I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this...

The year or so before I was diagnosed with BC, I developed terrible acne sort of below my armpit on the breast cancer side.  It came and went and was pretty yucky and painful  It's been a whle but I believe I did mention this to my surgeon and my onc and they were both of the opinion that it was not related.  I did find it suspicious that it went away completely after my mastectomy and removal of the cancerous lymph nodes. 

The reason I'm bringing this up is all of a sudden I have started developing it on the other side.  Hoping they were right that it's not cancer-related.

Did anyone reading this have anything similar around their BC dx?

    It could be infected sweat glands. Look up hidradenitis supperativa. It is most common is armpits and groin and is NOT related to cancer but is a big pain.
