swelling of hands and feet

I have just finished 33 radiation treatments for DCIS. About a month after treatment my hands and feet have been swelling up. My GP ran some bloodwork (haven't gotten results yet) and is sending me for an echo cardiogram. She says it could be a virus called parvo, or my thyroid and maybe even caused by my radiation. Has anyone had swelling after radiation treatments?
