How Long After Radiation for Permanent Implants

I can only tell you what my experience was.  I opted for a lat flap along with a small implant.  My plastic surgeon told me that he wanted to wait until my skin had recovered sufficiently to perform the surgery.  In my case, I was able to get my surgery for the lat flap and implant about 4 months after completing radiation but I think my surgeon thought I had healed faster then he thought I would so I would bet it would not be that uncommon to go a little longer.  Good luck with your procedure!
