    True, recently... Very good

The next person is making at least one Christmas present.

Ruth, DH has been keeping wine in the kitchen cabinet where the Tupperware lives. And he has been complaining about the Tupperware falling over when he removes a bottle of wine. So I am converting a small coat closet in the dining area into a "dry" bar. Cleaned it all out, removed the vinyl wire racks and patched the holes. I wanted to wallpaper it with silver paper but could not find any I liked so found some silver glaze paint and that is going on tomorrow. Then some shelves, a light and a small table to serve as the counter. Right now dining room table is covered with wine glasses waiting for their new home... Getting them out of the kitchen cupboard too! Hope this works out.

Haven't gotten any presents yet this year.

The most memorable "bad" present I got was from my great aunts (Ola and Agnes) when I was a teenager.  They gave me a baby doll (for 2 or 3 yr old).  I think she was just so old and had not seen us in so long that she forgot we had grown up.  She gave my mom the biggest pair of "grannie panties" I've ever seen in my life (for a 300-lb person, I am not kidding), and my mom is a very petite gal.

    OK, let's see...

The next person is going to an office holiday party next week!

True but I don't go out of my way to buy seasonal stamps anymore....I don't send much out (guilty here for driving the Postal service out of business) and typically end up using the stamps in July so I just forgo switching over.

The next person will stock up and buy a roll of forever stamps since postage is going up Jan 27th.
