Gorgeous, love eagles.

When my current DH and I first fell in love, we were afraid to say the L-word. We used dove. He said that doves mate for life, so we would say I dove you. Can't remember when it changed....I just asked him and he said 2 years!! I'm SURE it wasn't that long. I said "We loved each other when we got married...didn't we?" Meaning not dove, but it sounded so funny coming out the way I said it! heheheheehe

Beachie babes.
It's been soooooooooooooooo long.
Crazy length of being away.
Before I forget completely I want to thank all of you for posting such amazing images and for posting greetings too. I've gotten so 'over-whelmed' (but mostly in a good way) with keeping up my professional world and I attempt to cajole myself with getting beyond the BC world.
Well tonight while attempt to update this new collaborative effort I got a message from a friend from my thread here, from when I went thru the second set of surgeries for my 2nd go round. Long story short, one of our Team January was just dx a second time tonight and they have a sense that it may be mets (not at all sure how that concept was reached, but there's 2 biopsies involved both cancer and one was taken more from her 'back.')
In any case. The world comes to a screeching halt of reality all over again. Our Jan crew was just sooooooo tight -- for whatever reason. Counting me this is our 3rd person of a couple dozen to be facing a second dx.
I probably shouldn't be pouring all this out onto our pristine beach sand....... its just such a smack to the head to realize that there's a continual roller coaster that never stops.
So coming in and seeing the pictures was truly therapeutic for me. Seeing the shot of the pink flamingos really helped me shift my heart ache to awe. Thank our tiny fishy from my heart, Mum.
Please everyone take good care of yourselves and live to the max.
I think our fellow sistah, Kat, would appreciate your prayers this weekend. She found out just before getting on a flight to go to a family wedding out of state. She doesn't intend to tell any of her family till the specifics are sorted out.

Just want you all to know how much I treasure each & everyone to post her: old timers and newbies alike.

Kat's initial BC diagnosis was exactly 2 years ago to the date.

Awe Faith, I am so sorry to hear the news of your year sister.................here's hoping that it is a recurrence and not mets for her...............it's a fine line but there is a difference.
Love n hugs. Chrissy
