Lupron = Binge Eating?

I had my first lupron injection on Oct 31, 2011.

And I have not stopped eating since. Binge eating does not seem to be a side effect of lupron if you search the web, so I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I am really struggling to eat less than 3000 calories a day. I find that I sit down to eat and next thing I know, my plate is empty but I feel like I haven't eaten anything. I never feel full and I find I am craving high fat foods. I got up at 4am this morning, went to 7-11 and got whip cream. Initially I put it on blueberries... but eventually I just consumed the WHOLE bottle, at 4:30am.

I have never experienced a compulsion like this. It is scary. (I think I suddenly have a new compassion for people who struggle with addiction.)

Anyone else experience anything like this?

    Hi Mikainsb,

    I'm getting my first lupron injection next week so I will let you know.  I really hope I don't get that SE, as my "oh my god I have cancer" diet seems to be going so well lol.  I have lost about 10 lbs since my diagnosis trying to keep positive but just don't want to eat much.  Also trying to eat better foods.  I will have to keep a careful check on myself as a good diet is part of my plan to recovery.
