Yoga DVD/video
Has anybody found a post-mastectomy yoga workout? I've been searching, and I can't seem to find a sequence that will lend itself to my upper body malady. I'm not ready to explore anything outside of my home like I used to, so I was hoping to find a DVD or online video somewhere. There's a ton of free videos from Yoga Today on YouTube, but there's so much arm balancing!

HI Phunky Monk, Have you thought about Pilates. I have a good video from Katrina Fitness- ease into pilates. You can see the videos or portion of them on youtube to try before you buy. Anway, great workout and good stretching and muscle toning. katrinafitness.com.
