Help, Breast MRI Showed Enhancement of Lymph node on other side!

I had an MRI to check things out prior to having my elective Prophylactic masectomey of left side and delayed recontruction surgery. Dr called me late next evening to tell me things looked good on bc side of original masectomy and left side breast looked good but the MRI showed up an enhancement of the axillary lymph node on "good side" So I am having ultra sound tomorrow. And of course I am allover this site to find someone that can give me some answers??What could this mean????

    Rinduty, sorry you are going through this anxiety. Unfortunately, you won't know for sure what it means unless you have a biopsy of it. So don't stop with an u/s of the lymph node - make sure a biopsy gets done.

    Sounds like you have been through this a couple times?? I did end up having needle biopsy> dont know anything yet.
