Radiation Induced Brachial Plexopathy (RIBP)

Has anyone else been diagnosed with this or are they experiencing numbness and pain from the shoulder on down through the fingertips?  (Apparently only 2% of radiation patients get this). My PT and my medical onocologist think this is what I am suffering from.  However, because it is active in both arms (to a much greater extent in my left arm...the side I had my mastectomy and node removal) my radiation oncologist is unsure that this is what I have.  She says that she believes because the radiation was on my left side (breast, neck nodes, arm nodes and back - pretty extensive) she doesn't believe it could have affected the nerves on the right side of my body.  As I said above, my PT thinks it is possible that the right side could also be affected.  Would love to hear from others our their with RIBP
