How do I add Dx to my User name?

Sorry, I know this is a beginner's question. How do I add my diagnosis info to appear automatically when I post?

    Hi Wave - First of all - welcome to the site that no one wants to have to join. You will find great info and support here. I am fairly new my self and still navigating various threads of discussion.

    Click on "MY Home" at the top of the page - then "edit my diagnosis"  At the very bottom of the diagnosis page there is a box to check if you want your profile to be public.
