    I am so sorry to come to share some sad but expected news.  We have lost Nicki.  

    Below is the PM I recevied when I checked into FB a few minutes ago.  I have no words.

    Brenda: I am not sure how to let you know and this is the only way I have to contact you. Our Lovely Nicki has passed and is in a pain free peaceful sleep now. The end was very peaceful with Terry stroking her forehead when she took her last breath.
    She was very very comfortable for the end.
    Terry and I and the rest of my family want to thank you and all of Nicki's friends for being so supportive of her over all these many years.
    Please know she is truly at peace now and her suffering is all over.
    Again, thank you for prayers, thoughts and friendship.
    If you could pass this information on to all of her other friends I would be so greatful.
    We are keeping Nick's face book page up if anyone would like to write her a memorial message.
    If you have any questions as always please feel free to get a hold of me.

    Our hearts never left the circle or the friends we made here.  So many of them now gone - far to many.

    My sincere condolences to all the BCO people that knew Nicki. I did not know her personally but remember some of her wonderful posts and I know from your posts that she was special to all of you. Her original name here " Chemosabi" stood out because that has been our team name for our yearly Run for the Cure.

    Nicki/Chemosabi/Palamino rides again....Peace.

    i am new to this part of the BCO network

    i am 7 months pfc, and 4months since rads

    why in the hell do i feel depressed? all the time?

    i should be "so happy" all of it is "done", says so many of my friends.. why do i feel this way?

    I posted on the Stage IV thread for Nicki (thanks that-life) but wanted to post here too. Nicki was a wonderful person and was so helpful to so many. I'm sorry to lose her but am so grateful that she is pain free now and that her passing was peaceful. Goodbye my friend......ride...

    Had to come back to the wagon circle where I met so many of my closest sisters.  Chemosabi is now free from the beast.  Ride free, chemosabi!!!  Fly with the dragonflies to new worlds unknown.  I love you and I will miss you.

    Nicki, there are no words to express how very sorry I am that you had to leave us.  Selfishly we all wanted you to stay.  You have endured so very much with grace and strength.  You will not be forgotten.  We love you, Nicki.
