Ovarian Mets?

I had stage 1, grade 3 IDC. ER/PR-, Her2+. I had BMX, DIEP, TCH x6 and herceptin for a year. I finished my herceptin almost a year ago. My period stopped afyer my first chemo but I actually got it agian last month. It was super heavy but I was told by my onc that it is often like that when it stops for almost 2 years.

I had a CT scan because I have a hernia from the DIEP. It showed that my ovaries are enlarged. I went to the OB/GYN. She told me she wants to biopsy my ovaries and I had a sono, pelvic and trans vaginal.

I want to switch to a gyn/onc. I wound prefer to have it all out to the biopsy. My OB/Gyn doesn't agree. I have no results yet.

What are the chances of an ER/PR- cancer having mets to the ovary? Would ovaries get enlarged from getting a period after so much time? I read that taxotere and carboplatin are the chemos for ovarian ca in most cases. Could this develop so fast? I finished chemo about 1 1/2 years ago.

Has anyone ever had this situation? What was the outcome?

I am BRCA- but I also used fertility drugs for about two years.
