Hi,

I'm not sure I'm posting this on the correct board, but here goes.

Can anyone explain why my breast (the one I had a lumpectomy on) is always cold?

I also have pain in that breast, but Oncologist assures me that everything is fine.

Hi Shelley! I am having problems (white hot burning sensations, for lack of a better desciptor) ) with my "bad" breast and I wonder if it is nerve related damage due to the lumpectomy/ductal excision. I had it in 2007, so it seems like too long after to have problems, but not sure, been doing a lot of research and these things can pop up later, apparently.  Does your breast feel cold to the touch or cold and tingly ike when your arm goes to sleep?

    Hi,

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing  this, have you asked a doctor, and if so what did they say?

My sensation is only to the touch, if I put my hand on my breast, it is as if it weren't getting any ciruclation and is very cold.
