Hello Ladies,

I have an exercise program for upper extremities lymphedema that I would like to post here.  No luck so far.  Does anybody know how to do it?

Thanks

Nitocris, pm Jane/Onebadboob--when I search the internet, or even the NLN position papers, when you click on the link, it opens a pdf. Jane knows how to do it. She's in the middle of a snow storm in NYC, but likely has her computer.

    You are doing amazing work.

One other thought is to use the photobucket site to upload an image--I'm not good at it, but you establish an account, upload the image and then insert the URL--it's the green icon next to the smiley face. I scanned the page, and have no idea how to stop it from up loading two images

    Hi Kira,

Thanks for the information regarding photobucket.  I tried with Picasa, but  it was a big mess.  It started uploading all my picture files and I could not stop it!  I will give it another try with photobucket, maybe it is a little more user friendly. I have the 3 documents also in PDF format now.  I am waiting for an answer from the Moderators to make sure I can post these exercises.  I am working on it.... it just take a little more time than what I had planned.
