wrapped today = questions

I had my first wrapping today and the substitute therapist mentioned using bandage rollers to roll up my bandages. Has anyone used them? Are they worth it?

Also, My fingers are tingly and my arm aches. When I pull back the bandages on the very top of my arm, theskin is red. The fingers are not turning purple yet.

Is this normal? I am starting to think that it is too tight and I should take it off. Or maybe, I'm just being a wimp.

btw, typing isn't all that easy with this on....

Annette, I hope they loosened during the night. I bought an inexpensive bandage roller--around 15$ from bandagesplus, and while I don't use it every day, I do use it after washing bandages and if I take them off in a hurry. I keep meaning to time it and see if it's faster.

I don't like the red skin business--are they checking you today?

Thanks Kira. It is looser and not as red this morning. Some of my finger bandages fell off and my fingers fell better today. I go back this afternoon.
