Yep it is beautiful here and rain is definately come!!

Why am i feeling so tired since Saturday? I don't like this feeling. Is my MH trying to tell me something?

Scale i got from BBB is going back
....It says tap on it it will go on. I had one before I know what tapping means......This one you actually have to have a jumping fit to turn it on.Another beautiful day is wasted. I'm not happy.
Nothing else to report.
Thank You for listening
-
Sorry you have to return the scale - returning things is such a pain. But maybe having to burn a few extra calories to turn the scale on isn't such a bad thing. (just kidding)
I love the way my scale gives me my weight to the nearest half pound, but if I get on and off and reweigh myself a couple times, the weight can vary as much as 2 pounds. What's up with that? I usually get really mad after getting all excited about the lower weight. Is scale technology really all that complicated?
-
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, come on Sey, I just bought that friggin scale....................God help the thing if I haveto end up doing a "jumping fit" on it.........................so far its working ok, but I guess time will tell................got mine at BBB too........................thank heavens they take stuff back so easily...............Got my Keurig for the shore house from there.....................used it most of the summer, then it started to act up, spitting coffee all over, so that went back, and they gave me no problems.....................another time I bought a Deluxe Aerobed...the one that is raised off the floor.................ok, well maybe that wasn't a hoot.....................I didn't know what was going to happen first..................either I was going to break my ass tripping over the friggin covers tring to make the damn thing.................or was going to do a "Marylou Rettan", right out the second story bedroom window, after tripping in the doorway, and falling head first onto it and bouncing so high I got a score of "10"..................................they took that back too, guess they were afraid of a "lawsuit".........................hahahahahhaha.
-
Ducky, I love how you describe things! Youre too funny! Marilous Rettan....hahahaha!!
I have to tap my scale to turn it on. It measures every.2 pounds. Mine fluctuates too. I think we should all stick with the lowest weight the scale gives us.
Are you feeling better Sheila?
-
Me too Linda, why do you want a scale anyway Seyla (actually I get on mine everyday cause am losing weight)
Ducky you are too funny!!
Deb how is dad
Chris how is your day today
Diane waiting to hear about you yelling at DIL
tired here....trying to find a bumper (yea still) inspection up on monday night....omg so sick of this and christmas is in 2 months day!!
-
I was out buying pumpkins yesterday and the outdoor shop had both pumpkins and Christmas wreaths. Jeesh!
-
My old one and the new one also measures .2 pounds also measures BMI, fat water and something else. when I return it I will buy a plain digital scale no glass parts and one gentle taping i will take it out from the box and try it. I'm too old for this s**t.
Ducky ...you are the funniest people i met in my lifetime. hahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaa
Where is DEB? DEEEEEEEEEEEEB.......Are you jumping from the cliff in Bermuda?
Always take the lowest weight you see.
-
Not in Bermuda until Dec 20th or so. Dad's doing OK. I feel his dementia is getting worse. The CNA nurses that assist him in the morning for a few hours are writing in a log book on the happenings with my Dad when they are with him. I arranged for one to go with him to Indian Hill in Littleton to have lunch and listen to music. Something for him to just get out of his apartment. I said to him that he will have to go in the wheelchair because the chairs at Indian Hill do not have arms on them so he can not sit down or get up from the chairs. Well, getting ready to go and he refused to sit in the wheelchair, started yelling and swinging at the girl. Boy, when I found out, I led into him. Basically I just asked him not to yell at the nurses, they are there to help you, you need their help in the mornings and you will not be able to go to functions if you don't cooperate. My DH says it is only going to get worse.

Good morning! Snow tomorrow??? Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
What the....SNOW?!
Ducky, you are too funny. Too bad we can't buy anything that works right anymore.
Hope you can find a bumper, Sandy.
Sorry about your dad, Deb.
((((((((TOL)))))))))

HELLO Friends!! How is everybody....me trying to get a bumper, Michael is home again, bu he is sick!!
-
Aw - sorry Michael's sick - hope he feels better soon!
Oh, I forgot - did some elliptical for you yesterday, Diane.
MRI on my ankle tomorrow. I think this is going to be a waste of money. I think my only problem is the cyst/scar tissue-whatever it is - and I don't have a torn ligament. How could I walk on it so normally all these years with a torn ligament? Must not be a very important one. I have to pay 25% - so this is going to be costly - first the mri and then the surgery. I don't want to spend the money. I just want the stupid lump - cyst/scar tissue removed. Grrrr.
-
Hope Michael feels better.
25% is a lot. I sure hope they figure it out!
-
Ha ha - and my husband works for the insurance company. Figures the employees have the suckiest insurance. I just try to be glad we have any insurance.
-
Thanks Michael is fine, lol Chris open you are ok!!
-
soccer in 15 minutes.......too cold. Want to go to sleep instead!
-
I won't get any results from the Bone Density scan for about a week. My cateracs are getting worse but I still have 20/20 vision with my glasses on. So surgery is not in the near future. I already had my eyes measure for implants, that was interesting.
(((TOL)))
-
eye implants? really? I can only imagine!
-
My computer was playing games with me.
HI....I hope it behaves tomorrow.
I read all the posts and love you all.♥
Good Night
-
Good Morning!
Rainy and cold here, in the 40's. Burr!!!
-
Good Morning - rainy and cold here as well. Yesterday, DS was away and DIL had a little scare. She called and we went to the doctor where they concluded she was ok, so we came back here and hung out until DS got home. It was actually quite a pleasant day/evening considering the circumstances. I guess it feels good to be needed in the mom role no matter how old we or they are.
-
What happened? Glad to here she's ok, mom!
-
She had some sort of discharge and was frightened that it might be amniotic fluid. We need that baby to stay in there for a few more weeks. Her doctor was very reassuring - I just wouldn't want it to happen now and have her go through delivery without DS or have him miss the birth of his little girl. DS flying out again until Friday night but after that, he is done with all travel for several months. I am on duty until he gets back

-
Phew - glad to hear she's okay. Glad you are able to be there for her. Glad DS will get a break from travel for a while.
Had my mri. Cha-ching. Appt Monday to find out what it shows. Wish the tech could have told me what she saw, but they won't so I have to wait. I think something is going on with those tendons since they do move in a way they shouldn't, but I really hope I don't have to deal with surgery that will be so much of a hassle for so long. Stupid cyst/scar tissue(whatever it is.)
Is it snowing at your house, Linda? lol
Hope your computer behaves, Sheila.
Hope that elusive bumper shows itself soon, Sandy.
