I don't know where to post this so I am posting this here. 

There is a very humorous video to a serious topic on how to do self exams. It is geared mostly to young women. It is a really great video. It's about a free app you can get on your smart phone. A hot guy of your choice shows how to do a self exam. Like I said, it's very humorous, but on a very serious and necessary topic.
