Bone Metsbfor Her2..what is the usual tx?

Hi,
I meet with my onc tomorrow. Can anyone tell me what the norm treatment is for bone mets to the spine. I am in no pain and am Her2. I am currently on Herceptin every 3 weeks and finished chemo in late July. I just had UMX in August and while they did my sims for RADS they found some spots.

What was your previous chemo? Was it TCH, before surgery? What did the folks at MD Anderson recommend?
