are you doing radiation now?  My radiated side was hot for weeks after i finished.  I used aloe vera from the plant and emu oil to heal.  Did great.

My breast has been warm since the first day of radiation. RO says it's radiation induced inflammation and that usually it calms down. I've finished 9 sessions and it's still warm. Did find this weekend that Aloe Vera gel takes the heat out of it. Miaderm caused it to warm right back up again so I'm not using that anymore.

Try a cool compress or froozen peas.  That helped for awhile.  Be sure to not use Aloe with alcholo base.  The clear kind is usually okay. NJ

I finished my radiation of 38 with 8 boosts two weeks ago and altho the skin has healed quite well (suprising as how burnt I was) I still get a "fever in it once in a while....I used cool wash cloths in the afternoon with a little nap...worked ok for me...hope you breeze through it like I did...it will be over before you know it

I'm experiencing this same thing. I'm 10 weeks post rads and still waiting for things to cool down :)

I'm almost 8 weeks post-rad and my rad breast and under arm are still very hot.  In fact, my entire upper body seems warm to hot.  I guess in order to fry an egg on it we could try planking.  lol

Funny thing about this is that I'm a sun worshiper and spent a ton of time at the pool and tanning bed this summer. Yes - even while doing rads :) It's like as the weather turns cooler I notice the warmth more. Guess that's an excuse to spent some time at the tanning bed, right? The hot flashes don't really help either!
