Maybe Sandy could open a Diney Land in Hawaii and live with you Sheila!
Hope the shower was fun!!!
-
OMG - it's over. It went really well. DS got teary and was so grateful and perhaps best of all, she thanked me sincerely.
I will post a pic or two tomorrow on FB but I am pooped tonight!
-
Wonderful Diane. Good job!
-
Awesome, Diane. You must feel so good after working so hard. Hope you have a chance to take a break and rest a bit.
Hope you had fun at football, Sandy.
It didn't rain today! Home Show went well. We all worked hard. Our kids did a great job. Their score isn't official - avoiding a "home field advantage," but they beat the band that they always lose to by a fraction of a point. More hard work and maybe they can come in 1st in their class at other band competitions this year!
((((((TOL)))))))

AWESOME DIANE can't wait for pix and football was wonderful, son actually sat with us (wonder if it had anything to do with me posting something on fb about missing him) after his game (which they won, 1st 1) It was supposed to rain today and they cancelled the events and it is sunny.....boys at fall ball with older son (previous).....daughters and I are supposed to go to lunch which was older daughters idea (who we have not really gotten along or spoken in 5 years) she is just now coming around, guess cause I am sick...other daughter (jamie) is waiting for her to call her so guess not......don't want to be here in the house stuck with the boys, but no place to go....
Chris congrats........oh yea school tomorrow, hurray......school gets on my nerves but love having the house to myself.....they never go out unless it is with one of us, me, jamie or tommy......or to school, oh yea with friend the other night....thank goodness for my friends, you all included that let me vent.....thanks Seyla now wanting to plan DW trip for spring break.....jamie wants to go also and I know son is going for xmas but that doesn't include me.....
HAVE A WONDERFUL FOOTBALL SUNDAY.....GO DALLAS!!

I am on my sons computer. I could catch a disease from this disgusting keyboard.
GOOD MORNING!!
-
LOL .....you reminded me the old days with that issue. It was disgusting.
Good morning. We have our miracle here today. The sun is out and humidity is low and perfect temp.
-
Where are the pix, I missed them......went with daughter to look/get a new/used vehicle, cause now she has taken in an abused 2 year old (well husband did, and goes to work and leaves her with a 2 year old and Charli who is 19 months, and Andrew is in school and she is preggers due in March.
Then went and bought dog food and making cheesesteaks for dinner, they boys are annoying......person that was working getting my car ready for inspection, bagged it so I have to find a bumper for the car to be inspected......hate depending on other people......thanks Seyla for asking......Drs appt tomorrow to see what he will do about the Xeloda, still have the side effects, hands and feet still peeling, nauseous, eyes watering and nose running, how long does it take to get this crap out of your system.....
How is everybody????
-
Did you ever find that cream Sandy? Have you tried Eucerine? It's kind of expensive. I have some and would be happy to send it to you. It's very thick. If you put it on and put socks on, it works well.
Painted all day. I used to love painting but not when I have too. My sons room is called "beaver brown". It looks like dried blood! Whatever, it's his room. Will need at least 3 coats after the 2 coats of primer. The plaster is just sucking it up! Speaking of which, it's chocalte martini time.

salmon & avocado salad with crumbled gorgonzela=

Chips & sam for snack now.

-
Yum!! I had swordfish, asparagus and a sweet potato.
Say hello to Sam for me!
-
Hey Makraz and Seyla! Just stopped in to say hello to ya all ...
-
Hey Fuzzy!!! Love to see you here!! Thanks for stopping by! Hipe you are doing well. XOXO!
-
Hi Fuzzy. So nice to hear from you again. WE MISSED YOU.

hugs
-
I hired a contractor today and I possibly have found a rental that we can do for three months, with a dog, etc. Fingers are crossed.
Sandy - I also use Eucerin and can testify to it's effectiveness. You made me think of cheesesteaks....mmmmmm. The pics are on my FB - send me a PM with your email and I will forward.
Sheila - I made it through! I need to go to Hawaii now
Instead, I will be moving. Ugh. Linda - I used to like painting too but now it kills my neck and shoulder. Boys pick unusual colors

Deb - how is your dad?
Meece - are you still out there?
Chabba - Did you get the big wind and rain today, too?
Chris - did you run a mile for me today?
Rah - hello??
-
We had the wind, the rain and a power outage---and it all started while I was out running errands. The power went out just as I got home so I stretched out and took a nap.
-
I would have done the same if I could have
Still very windy tonight. -
good use of time chabba!
-

Luv you guys have a nice day!!
-
Hi Blondie...................I'm here..............alive and kicking.....................doing my "rain dance" for Texas, but not being very successful..............well its gonna rain again in our neck of the woods, but that was not my intent.
I seriously need to et my act together..........I need to go back to the gym......get on a serious weight plan, (thinking about the Oz. thing, get my house in some kind of order, get some food in this house, and stop skipping breakfast, and eating spaghetti.
Went to my #3 daughters house for dinner Sunday ....................spaghetti....................#2 daughter, called me yesterday and said "Mom I"m having spaghetti tonight if you want to come..............well she could have been having a honey dipped turd, and I would have gone, just for the company, and both sent me home with left overs.........................so the next 2 days will be "more spaghetti"......................oh well, one of these days I will "get it altogether".........................yea right........like that's gonna happen......hugs, and the rooms sound great..............I'm sure the boys are thrilled.
-
Nice pictures Diane!
Enjoy your spaghetti, Ducky, and when you finally figure out how to get it all together, please share!!
-
Dad is doing pretty good, thanks for asking.
Keeping my fingers, eyes, arms and legs crossed for you Diane.
(((((TOL)))))
-
Well we saw the house rental and decided it would be great and asked to fill out an application. We also went to see a "luxury" condo that was beautifully furnished. HAHAHA! If you call clear plastic lucite chairs and tables beautiful, well you are an idiot. It sat practically on the interstate. Keeping everything crossed that we are the chosen for the house rental

You can uncross your legs now Deb
But keep the rest crossed.Sandy - did you get my emails and PM?
Sheila - are you with BBB tonight?
