Self Lymph Drainage Video

Is there a video on Utube that shows a good way to do self manual lymph drainage on my arm? I've been looking and haven't seen anything good yet, so thought I would ask the experts.I had a paper that showed how to do it and it started with deep breathing then went to my neck, chest, shoulder, upper arm,elbow nodes, lower arm, hand, in other words a progressing from the outside edges of the quadrant to the extremities Thanks.

    I found them very helpful. She does just the "sweep" movement--no stationary circles, but it's simple and effective.

    I'm new to the whole LE thing, but I am amazed how much relief I get from having massage. I have a handout, but I'm much more of a visual person. I think I have it down when I'm working with the therapist and then I can't get the same relief when I do it myself at home. Thanks for sharing!
