Congrats Deb!  Your TX sounded just as easy as mine was.  So far I have had no SE's and am really glad I chose the 5 day rads and that I was lucky enough to qualify.  Kitty

my breast is getting better and better each day.  I have no dimpling.  It looks like a normal breast with scars of course.  I am so happy I had the SAVI

So glad to have found you all. I start my 5 days tomorrow with the Savi implant. Wondering about nutritional does and don'ts during treatment. The device was put in 3 days ago, two days after an "extended Lumpectomy" to get better margins (altho original margins were clear, some were only 1mm). Any advice for this week?

You will do very well with the SAVI. I wish more women were offered this device. It is so customizable for each women's cancer. They can choose to not deliver to the ones close to the skin and it is painless. Please let us know how you did and help spread the word about this treatment.
