Will I get lymphedema

I moved into a 1700s farm house and when cleaning I reached waaaay back into a cupboard and seriously punctured my arm with an old nail ( about 1/2 cm) and bruised a bigger area about the size of a frog.  I know, it's the only thing I can think of.  I've had my tetanus shot and my arm does not look swollen I put antibiotic ointment on it and a bandaid.  I won't see my doc for a week. I had 2 nodes removed and both were negative.
