Oh I could stay in the bar for days with that music Blue! (Just how young was he in that?)
-
I think he was in his early twenties!
-
Blue
Missed your link until I went back. Love it.
-
Yikes Rosemary! I have no idea what you can do about that. That really sucks ... get something nice and then it turns around and bites you

Good luck with the job opportunity Barbara!
-
MMM! MMM! MMMM! Took me back to some more carefree days there. Getting out my Doors CD's and going to have a lovely night with Ice Wine and memories.
-
Scuttles, I'll drink to that! Limoncello though. Ran out of the Ice Wine....barely got 2 servings from that small expensive bottle.
-
Scuttlers, what is the label/brand of your ice wine? There has to be someplace in the Chicago area that sells it.
-
Limoncello is delicious. I'm drinking red wine though.
If 3 doctors said I should have a glass of wine a day does that mean I can have 3 glasses a day?
-
Both of the Ice Wines at the local Costco were from local vineyards. Ste. Chapelle and the other is Koenig. By the way - are these supposed to be chilled?
Oh my Blue, you are channeling some of my favorite pleasures tonight. Also, if you drink limoncello from the cap of a water bottle - then put the cap back on - you whole day tastes like limoncello! (we were short on glasses one night at the bonfire.) -
Earlier this evening I answered questions for a poll for Time magazine. She said the results would be in next week's magazine. That should be interesting. It was not one of those polls that had questions that made it obvious what answers they wanted. I am sick of those.
-
Rosemary, I like your math. Sounds pretty logical to me!
Scuttles, good survival skills.....hehehehehehe!
-
I was polled today and the only thing I had to do was press a certain number indicating which MPP (Member of Provincial Parliament) I was planning to vote for in the upcoming Ontario election. And that was it!
-
I'll have a screwdriver, bartender. Make it with pomegranate or raspberry vodka, please. And thanks! Yum.
-
THOROUGHLY UNDERSTAND EACH QUESTION PRIOR TO SELECTING YOUR RESPONSE. AND DON'T LAUGH AT BILL GATES AND HIS SCORE OF THREE JUST YET!!
This one is fun!!! Think carefully.
Intelligence Test
You are going to hate yourself over this. It scores automatically, too. Take this advice ... Be sure and think before you answer.Click here: How Smart Are You?
I did a little better than Gates but not by much!
-
I scored 9 out of 11. Misread one question, was just plain stoooopid on the other.
-
I scored a 9 out of 11 too. That was a tricky test! There was one question I didn't understand at all.
hugs,
Bren
-
I got 10. Probably misread the same one you did, E.
-
Which one?
-
The one about the ark.
-
I was stoooopid on 2 of them, and my math skills sucked on the third one.
-
That's the one. Plus the inning one. Don't know anything about baseball.
Those results make our sex lives very boring!
-
Yep - the ark one. I also got the apples question wrong because I misread the question.
-
The question about 1/2 of 30 and add 10. I figured the answer was 25, but there was no 25 to pick from ... so I just guessed at a number. I picked 35.
The one about the ark was 1 of each sex.
Blue there are 6 outs in an inning.
-
So far Riley is the genius with a 10. yay!!!
-
I missed three, with my math handicap and chemo brain - I am fairly proud of that 70%!
-
Divide 30 by 1/2. So that's 30/1 divided by 1/2. Flip the second fraction and multiply = 60. Plus 10 is 70.
No, the ark question asked how many of each sex Moses put on the ark. It wasn't moses, it was Noah!
-
-
I got the pill one wrong. The baseball one and the arc one. DUH! Gotta sharpen my antennae!
-
We're all smarter than Bill Gates. How come he's so rich!
-
Right place right time.
