Just wondering who is thinking they might be in NO for the conference. And also wondering if you go, whether you will register and attend.
I'm a bit conflicted. Things have been such a mess that I'm discouraged. Bulletin board traffic doesn't seem to get attention. Maybe poor turnout would. But, on the other hand, want to see everyone.
What are you going to do?

I have never been to a breast cancer conference of any type, so I will be going and attending the conference. Hopefully I won't be the only attendee
-
I'm tentatively planning to go. I love New Orleans, would like to meet some of you in person, and can't make Philly.
-
I'm definitely going to New Orleans but I will definitely not be registering or attending. I may go and work the PDP booth but that's up in the air as of now too. I'm looking forward to the fun and exploring the city!
-
I'm planning to come with my girlfriend to hang out. she has local family I've never met. I would only register to go to the session for us lesbians - if they have that again. Otherwise I won't be registering b/c the sessions are more for newbies.
-
I will be there but unless they have new topics I won't register. Only bc I have done the same sessions two years in a row.
. Although I must ay I like to be snarky about how boring and uninformative the sessions are.lol.

I am going to New Orleans, but not registering or attending any YSC functions. I want to visit with you all, and see the city.
-
I havent decided yet. New Orleans is one of my favorite cities and its so much fun. I think exploring with a bunch of girls sounds a lot more fun than sitting in a conference. I dunno...
-
I have a hotel room booked and I am thinking that hubby and I will go early for Mardi Gras and then stay for a few days to see you ladies. I do not think that I will register for the conference unless there is at least a few topics that are of real interest to me.
-
I am too lazy to look up the date rightnow, but I think I will be in London with my hubby. But, if I can get to NO I will, but will not register.
RATBAIT - I MISS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
I am about 90% sure I will not go. If I do go I will not register.
I miss you too - Ratbait
Wish you were going to Philly

I've been thinking about c4yw in NO this next year and I'm starting to think the only way i would go is to do the pdp booth. I think my money would be better spent on traveling to see individual friends.
-
I hope to go. This is one way I get to see all my chicas and hang out!! And what would be more fun than hanging out in NO??
-
I would like to attend. Do you know if they will be giving out travel grants this year? Are the travel grants only for the newbies though?
-
I loved going two years ago.
A. It comes on an impossible week at work
B. Still scared flying will make LE worse
But if I could I would. I found it worthwhile and positive. Don't get me wrong, I understand the frustrations with YSC, but there are a lot of other organizations present.

I don't know too much about ysc.. How come so many people seem to dislike them?
-
We love ysc. We love the people who work at ysc. We hate that they destroyed the on line community they had created, and destroyed our safe place.
