Side Effects of Radiation on the Shoulder

Hi

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the side effects that I have had from radiation.  Three weeks into my radiation I started having trouble getting my arm up into the tray that holds my arm.  I am 6 months out of radiation now and still have not got the mobility back in my shoulder.   Before radiation I had full mobility of the arm and shoulder even after my mastectomy I had no problem.  It even hurts to lie on my side of that shoulder, feels almost like it is going to break if I try to lift it too high.  Anyone else have this problem, would love to hear about it.  Thanks.

    Weird. I just posted something a few minutes ago about problems with my shoulder and considering disability because of it.  My treatment was over 2 years ago and it has gotten much worse in the past few months.  I have been through physical therapy, and they could not get me to full range of motion.  This is sad.
