weesa you made me laugh out loud!!! "she doesn't take her supplements" hilarious!!
was in Starbucks today and had an apple bran muffin - and that same voice (who is that bitch?) started nagging "you should have the oatmeal no wait the banana oh that's fine just eat that muffin full of sugar you know it's PacMan for cancer I guess you don't really care missy"...blahblahblah
i think our get together will be BLAST no matter what.

Elmcitty---------Who is that biatch in our heads that keeps telling us the RIGHT thing to do. Besides conscious which is way to practical. We should give her a name. A name that says ' Biatch I don't want to hear about it, go away" So, is that our challenge to make up a name we all understand. Well may be have done it already----Biatch. We can say it outloud, we can put it in print. Only we would get it. I think the first time I saw it in print here, 3jays had written it. I thought to myself ----that works. Can't get in trouble cuz it doesn't exist. Anyone with a better thought. Write.
If someone challenges you on saying it outloud-------say it's an old Gaelic word. Few know Gaelic and wouldn't care.

OK,
How have I missed a get together being planned! I haven't been checking this thread lately and it seems like I've been missing out on the fun.
For real? A real get together??? Do tell!
How was vaca J?
Take care all,
Sharon

I'm drinking wine right now! With all the stress, don't know how I would survive without it. Bad me. Trying to live a healthier life however but feeling guilty.
-
I "balanced things" this evening by walking back from Safeway with six bottles of wine as they had a great sale on. Reminder too that oatmeal makes a fab crumble topping and peaches and plums are in season.
That said, I booked a hotel room for Friday evening so can do a two-day cycling tour of the Pacific Coast. I will most likely have things like pie and beer. Carrot sticks just aren't sustaining enough, and you can only drink so much banana-flavored electrolyte water.
I need to cook my steak as still craving protein from all the cycling. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. (I am having with fresh heirloom tomatoes and basil, and another veggie.) - Claire
