sad - never seems to last long enough; plus these days it seems like as soon as it's over the retailers start putting out Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas stuff which freaks me out

Bushes....my mom had such a green thumb and won prizes every year for her rose bushes from the neighborhood block committee. I can barely grow daisys!
