    I love all the pictures.  No word from my DD on Micah today.  I know she is really busy with Micah and trying to keep track of Matthew and Kaitlyn too.  I will let you all know as soon as I know anything.  Thanks for all the prayers for Micah and Kristen, I really appreciate all of them.

    I can hardly wait until Chrissy gets here.  I will be picking her up from the airport on the 9th and we will spend the night here before heading to the beach to see Melissa (Stilvertical) for a few days then she will be off to see 3jays.

    3jays - I really hope you can manage to go to Mecca with us.  We will take really good care of you if you can manage to make the trip.

    OOh, I wish that pic was clearer Barbara!!! That's me and Mum on a LOVEseat, NOT a sofa!! AND there is STILL room for a dog to be with us if need be!!! We done good! Laughing We have similar features Mum, you look more like my sister than my sister does. Of course, I'm older than you though, maybe you're my long lost little sister.......!!

    Golly. I am soooooooooooo out of the loop.

    Barbara? Were you there WITH Barbe and Mum? Where's the picture of the three of you????

    Meant to thank MUM for the field of daisies that literally took my breath away and had me in tears -- all at the same time!!

    We have our washer & dryer installed and I will be doing laundry till the end of the summer to play catch-up. Not nearly as much fun as driving a new car, let me tell ya!

    Our filming of the indie flick got cancelled last night as we were walking out the door. Storm threatening and they weren't able to get the trolly at the last minute. They're set for tonight, but we have tickets for our fave night of the season: the musical show I always rave about!

    Today is the last day to enter-to-win a signed copy of my INDIE award winning picture book. I think that Joni/Eph is the only one so far to leave a comment & be entered. Go to my blog before midnight. (Sorry I've limited it to US residents -- in an effort to save on the postage expense for the winning books.)

    Yoga was awesome this morning. I seem to be ever-so-gradually regaining some use/strength in my LE arm..... I was able to do nearly 'all' of the various poses, with minimal adaptations. Progress over a year in the making, but it still makes me quietly happy.

    Sharon? Are you ever reading along? Know that I miss you & I'm sure everyone else does too.

    We haven't heard from lots of others recently as well. Know that I think of all of our beachie gals and please come splashing back to us -- whenever you wanna pop thru.

    Everyone-just ignore Faith's promotion.  The fewer of you participating, the better my chances (hehehe) I think it's very appropriate that a 4th of July girl win the book!

    AJ sure hope the new baby has leveled off with his weight loss and will start putting on the lbs soon. He's so adorable!

    I'm waiting to pay for a washer and dryer as soon as my MIL's estate gets cleared. Hopefully this week. I haven't had laundry since September last year!!!! My DH was pretty good at the beginning but we got to the point where we'd just buy new underwear. There are some summer tops I haven't seen since May!

    Oh dear thats right we should of posed for a Beachette shot.Barbara's back is inthe shot of Barbe.I promise next time I will get organized.Barb and I kept busy with yacking and eating.Dreamwriter was also there with us,but I thibnk we all wore her right out.She was extremely quiet on the drive home.

    Good News, Micah is gaining weight and althought the Drs do not have any answers as to why he lost so much or is now gaining everything seems to be fine now.  He is on a regular schedule and that is helping DD get some rest too.  So everything there is good.  Thank you all for all the prayers.

    and Cookie was there, too???? How awesome for everyone to meet. I bet it was hard to carry on a conversation with so many there!!!!! fantastic!!!!!!

    I met with a friend I met on BCO up in the LA area. She lives in Ohio, but was visiting California

    my DH and I had lunch with her, her husband and a friend..

    it was so nice to see her again...she and I also met two years ago in Ohio...

    We also visited our son in Covina who is an MD.,he moved his offices recently

    so we could see the new ones and then went out for a paella dinner and spent

    the night with them...We don't see them often enough.

    Joni, my sister lives in Lake Oswego, I didn't know you had beaches like that!! It's always been raining when I've visited her!!! Your daugher sure can jump!!! Is that how she got on the roofs down south?

    Barbe, Florence is mid Oregon coastline--the weather the week we were there was fabulous!  And it wouldn't surprise me if DD used her jumping skills in Haiti-I know she used her climbing skills!!!
