    Sandy - Happy Birthday!  Are you 35 now?  I hope you are having a good day!

    Sheila - don't be nervous, just think of all the joy you will have.  I will be thinking of you and wishing my feet were in the sand next to yours.

    Deb - I may be related to your brother as I used to have that same "skill".

    Linda - still waiting for the check (shocking) and therefore not ready to send jerk to build a craph house in the septic.

    Chris - where are you?  How is your daughter?

    Ok, back to my gender neutral party planning.  I got so bummed looking at things yesterday and knowing I can't buy them.  Damn, damn.

    Hi Ladies,

    I also noticed that Fuzzylemon wasn't posting so I sent her a text message this afternoon.  With her permission I am happy to let you all know that she's doing fine.  First, she has computer problem so she couldn't post here or FB.  Second, she had a rough time with chemo, but chemo is done now and she has started rads. She said that she misses all of you and will return as soon as she can.

    I use firefox, I see it.  But I will try to use Explorer to duplicate what you see, perhaps you can press  "refresh" and see if it works.

    Just got finished talking with Rebekah, it is soo humid there she said she has just about had it the the pal-meadow/cockroaches bugs down there.  We will be going to visit her during Christmas, she is taking time off work and coming home for Thanksgiving.  She is taking sailing lessons and is getting very flustered, she keeps capsizing and then gets a rash on her legs because of the jelly fish that are abundant at this time there in the water.

    Hey Blondie - I am here.  Jealous of anyone who is either on the east coast or Hawaii :)  Lawsuit is over, waiting for check and then we can start fixing.  We  may only have to move out for 3 weeks instead of 3 months which would be fantastic!

    Dianne - Glad you got satisfaction and that the builder stayed around long enough for the lawsuit.

    Here we have had way too many jerks come to town, build 2 or 3 c**p houses and then skip town just as problems start showing up.  Or worse yet there are those that just go bankrupt and start up all over with a new corporation.  And since they were incorporated they keep their beautiful houses which of course were well built  Yell

    Chabba - he lives up the street in a 15,000 sf mansion.  He formed a new corporation but because he used the old one for personal items as well as our home, we were able to go after him personally.  I absolutely love that he has to write this very, very large personal check.  Probably means he will have to sell one of his fountains or the stone lions in front of his house :)  Poor guy!

    Diane - Oh, I feel so sorry for him - NOT!  Too bad the law can't just force him to trade houses with you.  I'm sure his home was well constructed.
