Swelling on my right side after lymph node removal

All my lymph nodes were removed on 25th July and the drain removed a week later.  Slowly the 'feeling' that I had a lump under my arm disipated and, although it was sore, it was more bearable.  However, after spending some time on a coach trip, I've developed a large swelling on my right side and my breast feels more solid, where the lump was removed.  It's a Saturday so I can't contact my Breast nurse.  I've been doing all my excercises in the hope that this will drain away, but there's been no change in 24 hours.  Any ideas?!

Maybe I can help,  I only had 5 nodes removed with breast lump and excision about 3 mo. ago. It is still somewhat swollen, hard in the breast area and also where nodes were removed.  Surgeon said to me the swelling will go down in time.  It has dissipated some, but indeed still hard in the scar areas.  Onc says it is healing well.

I'm sure if you have a concern, you probably can call the emergency #, especially if you have any pain or discharge.  I wish you well with your problem.
