So glad to hear it, each round I did was easier than the last for me.  I don't know if my body started getting use to it or what but I was happy, whatever the reason. Smile

I'm jealous of the foot massage.  That is the one thing that I wanted to do in Hong Kong.  I think there is a lot to be said for someone who really knows how to massage the nerves in the foot.

Hope this round of chemo continues to go well for you.

christy there are many foot reflexologists here in Singapore but not all good. I have finally found one who is good and does house call. she is studying traditional Chinese medicine in the morning, runs her foot massage business in the afternoon. Cost a bit but better to get an experienced person so that she knows which part of foot to massage. It helps in blood circulation. Some Practioners don't want to massage cancer patients (especially body massage) because they fear the massage will spread the cancer cells. But there are so many theories when it comes to cancer that confuse me totally.

I thought you might on the boards since it midday over in your area!

I'm totally confused on the theories also.  I put a lot of credit into western medicine because it's very logical and I'm a logical person, but there is a lot of observational credence to the chinese medicine.  When my daughter was in H.K. she offered to bring back herbs that are considered useful but I was actually afraid of them.  I was worried that they would intensify the chemo that I was already on and cause additional problems. I'm just not sure that there is one right answer for everyone.  I think belief has a lot to do with the cure.

Hi Christy I see a traditional Chinese doctor and she presribed herbs for me to take twice a day. I don't know what they are but they seem to be working. The first treatment it took me 7 days to start feeling better and this 2nd treatment I took 6 days. Also it regulated my body temperature, I was switchung between hot and cold in air-conditioned room and was perspiring buckets when the heat strikes. Now I don't get that so often. On diet, she told me to completely stop eating chicken (but western nutritionist said chickens are ok?), milk and all dairy products, cold drinks,
