Keep a Breast...

I am new to this forum, so I apologize if Im posting in the wrong spot..

There is a very large debate in schools about the braceltes ~I Love Boobies (Keep A Breast)~ and was curious to how you Breast Cancer Society feel about this and how do you feel as a Breast Cancer supporter feel?

    My nephew wore a shirt to school that said save second base.  His teacher told him that it was inappropriate..I see it as okay.  I wouldnt put an I love Boobies on my kids (12, 10, and 7) but they do wear shirts that say things like real men wear pink to support breast cancer.  IDK about the bracelets but I do not think it is inappropriate for kids to support their parents.  I think being able to be informed (in kid terms) and showing their support has helped my kids.

    I think we shield kids sometimes a little too much from some stuff. I find things like those bracelets OK to wear around as long as they know what is the real meaning behind it.
