Vacation

Hi girls,

So we head out to Ocean City, MD to stay at my good friends lovely oceanfront confo for a whole week.  Went to see my PC today as I've had this nagging back pain (which had gotten worse after my banging it before going down a zip line at an Adventure Park) and she set me up w/a stat chest xray.  Even though this was the PA she was so awesome.  She knew I was stressed out about it, and I swear to God, she was calling me on my cell before I even made it in the front door to say the preliminary came back all ready and that it was just fine!!!!!!  How nice of her to do it so quickly, AND to really get how I was feeling.  I just needed some peace of mind before going away.

So NOW I am going to have to be careful not to go too crazy on all the sweets there.  SO many good things to eat!  I WILL be getting back into a regime once I get back though.  NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!

So I may not be around here for a while girls.  You all take care, I'll be thinking of you with good thoughts while I'm lying in the sun on the beach and wishing you ALL good health.  Will catch up when we get back!
