I think an occasional picture/blinkie is great, but why post hundreds?

I have noscript on my Firefox browser plus lots of other things to make it a fortress, however those glittery things slow me down.  I need more memory installed.

Where's the bartender?  I'd like a margarita, too, please.

I'm thinking a DiGiorno stuffed-crust pizza supplemented with extra cheese, sliced black olives, and mushrooms.  That adds to my veggie intake.  The rest of it, ... not so healthy.

Bren, I'll let you know what I think about Sanctum.  I think I'm gonna like it.  Mr. otter and I used to scuba dive a lot, mostly off wrecks in the Gulf on dive trips organized by a local dive shop.  We've also made dive trips to Grand Cayman (too wonderful to be described) and Puerto Rico (like Grand Cayman only not as crowded or touristy).   My scariest diving was in some freshwater caves in the Florida panhandle.  Talk about claustrophobia risk!  Not sure I would do those dives again.

Otter-underwater cave diving features prominently in my nightmares(really) but good for you for trying it.

Otter .. it's a movie I'd rent again so Mr. Tim can see it.  Would be great on the big screen too!

Your scuba diving sounds wonderful .. you'll enjoy lots in this movie.  I'd be too scared to dive in any kind of cave.

Late to the latest kerfluffle ... But my Ignore button works fine, so I missed a bunch. I did see the Charlie Brown happy dance before you felt you had to delete it, Bren -- thank you! And thanks to all of you who were happy for my favorable surgery date...You all are great! Bren, I particularly like that little clip of happy dance -- it is from "A Charlie Browm Christmas," one of my all-time faves! It made me smile all afternoon, and I scrolled to "Linus and Lucy," the theme song for that particular clip, on my MP3 player on the way home. So I did the happy dance in my head all the way home!

We have so many margharita drinkers that I feel duty bound to share my "freezer margharita" recipe, also known as Big Girl Slushies..

    Tequilq

    triple sec

    limeade

    1 -2 1qt zip log bags

In a large mixing bowl combine limeade, 3 cans of water, 1 ca tequila, 1/3 can triple sec. Pour into bags and place in freezer. A 6oz can take one bag, 12 oz, two. They will get all slushie. Take out and use when needed.

    Edited to correct bag sizw.

Athena - I forgot to mention Murdoch owns most of the newspapers here, so I don't expect anything negative about him to be seen.

Two attorneys boarded a flight out of Seattle. One sat in the window
seat, the other sat in the middle seat. Just before take-off, a physician
got on and took the aisle seat next to the two attorneys.

The physician kicked off his shoes, wiggled his toes and was settling
in when the attorney in the window seat said,
"I think I'll get up and get a coke.
"No problem," said the physician, "I'll get it for you."

While he was gone, one of the attorneys picked up the physician's shoe
and spat in it. When the physician returned with the coke, the other
    attorney said,
"That looks good, I think I'll have one too."

Again, the physician obligingly went to fetch it and while he was
gone, the other attorney picked up the other shoe and spat in it. The
Physician returned and they all sat back and enjoyed the flight.

As the plane was landing, the physician slipped his feet into his
shoes and knew immediately what had happened.

"How long must this go on?" he asked. "This fighting between our
professions? This hatred? This animosity? This spitting in shoes and peeing
    in cokes.

What happens when people you have on "ignore" try to send you a PM? Are they alerted to the fact that you have them on ignore?

Mary .. I hardly ever get PM's so I don't know what happens.  I think someone noted that the PM's are blocked from getting to you.

I have not gotten PM's from any of them either....I'm just wondering if they get a message that I have them on ignore, or if the site acts as if the message was sent to me as normal.

Edited to to say: I have not gotten PMs from them since I put them on ignore. The PMs are why they are on ignore in the first place.

YramAL, let's do an experiment.  I'll put you on "ignore" (temporarily only), and you try to send me a PM.  Then you can tell us what happens.  Let me know if you want to try it -- if you give the OK, I'll click the "ignore" button.  (If YramAL doesn't respond, someone else can try it.)

I'm sort of empirical in the way I approach things.  I like to try them out for myself, to find out for sure.   Either that, or I need to see good evidence, not that that has anything to do with the current discussion.  :)

The ignore buttons work quite well and, yes, your PM gets bounced back to you if you send it to a member who's ignored you.

Sorry for my earlier political outburst, ladies.  Having a bad Arimidex day usually equals foul mood.  I should lock myself in my room when that happens.
