Lisa, I was told by an integrative specialist that it really doesn't matter when you take them or in what combination.  I tend to take certain ones in the a.m., and others at bedtime, but it's just out of habit and what "feels" right to me.  Curcumin is the only one I am careful to take after I've eaten something, as it's hard on an empty stomach.    Deanna

I tend to take most of my supplements in the a.m., but I have to space out a few of the ones that are hard on the stomach.  I take my multi, Vit D, Zinc, Magnesium, Biotin, Calcium, Vitamin C in the morning.  I am supposed to take Vitamin C multiple times daily, so I mix the powder into my water 1X am, 1X in the afternoon. I take Curcumin after my afternoon snack (it is very hard on the stomach, as previous poster mentioned!), and CoQ10 with my dinner. I take another magnesium before bed.

It's exhausting! LOL. I feel like I need to set alarms for all my supplements.

Whew, MariannaHB, I feel tired just reading about all those steps. I started splitting my calcium supplements to take 1/2 in the morning (with the rest of my supplements) and 1/2 at night and...I forget the nighttime ones 1/2 the time. (arg).  Feels like it shouldn't be this hard. So my thought to lrr is: take them when you're mostly to remember! ;)
