Yes. We are still in the car.
Yes. It is a 12 hour drive between Ohio and Wisconsin.
Yes. I need a thesaurus.

Faith...no being bored on your trip...hope you don't run into lots of traffic
-
Faith, so glad you made it through your whirlwind tour! Loved your explanation of the acronym BSGI. It really stands for Breast Specific Gamma Imaging and is wuite the new thing and supposed to be better than mammos, US and MRI
-
Faith - The picture is driftwood on the beach.
-
I wouldn't know "Better Sex Gets Incredible!" if it laid down in front of me!
And barbe, when I lived in Honolulu & went to chinatown and everything was laid out or hung up, I used to worry when I'd buy some of it, but then my mom used to save bacon grease in a little tin teapot on the stove & use it to cook with it & I'm getting ready to celebrate #57 so I guess our bodies are much more resilent than we give them credit for.

Barbe, it is amazing the care we take with food when you look at how some cultures exist.
The BSGI is being done because of an area in my radiated breast which turned hard and my BS worries that something could hide behind there. She's done regular biopsies on it, punch biopsies, US's ... but feels the BSGI is the best method to make sure all is well. I had one last year too after my mammo. You sit down through it ... they do both breasts, but concentrate on the right one in that area. It gives a camera type picture. Oh - they inject dye first and the idea is that if there are cancer cells, they'll light up on the picture. There is compression involved but nothing like a mammo. Last year the tech and I talked all through it (it's about 45 minutes) She was a wonderful woman - so I'm not apprehensive about it at all. Luckily my insurance covers it too. Thanks for the concern buds
Faithroad - that's a great picture!
Coonie, when I first saw your flag pic, I thought it was the same as my FB profile pic for this weekend. Not quite, but very close!

Very festive Lisa. And a pretty lady too.
On Sundays I volunteer at the Senior Center. I've been doing Sundays since /the first Sunday in January 1994. I go in at 7 and make the sourdough waffles and pancakes. Then make sourdough biscuits with my own recipe and scratch made sausage gravy. Then I take orders and deliver the food. Wears me out any more, I have to get help the last hour. We serve 8:30 to 11. By 12 I'll be home taking a nap. For the 4th I'll wear a red tunic shirt with Red, white and blue stars around the bottom.
